Our clothing is sourced from various US, UK, and European brands. Product availability, sizing, colours, and quantities may vary and are subject to change.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Please ensure that your order details, including size and delivery information, are correct before completing your purchase.
We offer same-day delivery within Accra and 24-hour delivery outside Accra. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery in Accra and 48 hours outside Accra. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
If an exchange is required because the customer selected the wrong size or item, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs. If the error is from El-fittings, we will cover the delivery costs associated with the exchange.
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Alteration services may be available for selected items. Items that have been altered cannot be exchanged.
Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided on each garment label, as care requirements may differ between brands and fabrics.
