At El-fittings, we do not offer cash refunds. However, eligible items may be exchanged for another item available in-store.
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for customers within Accra and 48 hours for customers outside Accra.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Delivery and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange.
